Flight, hotels, movie bookings, Merchandise and Recharge purchase inventory will be provided to the Cardholders by Loylty Rewardz Mngt Pvt Ltd.
All the Bookings and Purchases will be subject to the acceptance by Cardholder of the Supplier's terms and conditions.
The prices of such Bookings and Purchases will be driven as per market fare and prices received from the suppliers. The prices shown on the portal will be final.
Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS or calls from Saraswat Bank with regard to services provided by them.
Saraswat Bank also reserves the right to change and modify the terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice to members.
Points shall be deducted immediately from the account when the member places the booking or purchase request.
The conversion of Saraswat Bank Rewardz Points into equivalent amount is done based on the point value laid down by the bank.
MOBILE/DTH RECHARGE/BILL PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Saraswat Bank does not guarantee the recharge plans shown on https://saraswatbankrewardz.com/index.php/. The customer is advised to check the recharge amount with the Service Provide before proceeding with the recharge.
Confirmation of mobile/DTH recharge is subject to connectivity with the mobile/DTH service provider.
Refund of mobile/DTH recharge, if any, will be governed by the respective mobile provider terms and conditions applicable for that recharge.
Saraswat Bank will not refund any amount once a successful recharge has taken place.
